    When you buy an Acrevests token, you're buying a digital piece of a real, physical property. Specifically, each token grants you 1 day of usage rights per year for that specific property. Think of it as owning a "day pass" to the property, every single year.

    With Acrevests, we use a clear and simple "Right to Use" model. This means that when you buy a token, you are specifically purchasing the usage right of a property for 1 day per year, for each token you own.
  • How is this "Right to Use" different from traditional property ownership?
    Unlike traditional ownership where you deal with complex legal deeds, fractional titles, and shared asset management, our model focuses on giving you a straightforward right to enjoy and benefit from the property. Each property is divided into 365 distinct portions (one for each day of the year). When you buy a token, you're directly acquiring one of these 365 daily usage rights. This completely avoids the complexities of co-owning the underlying legal title of the property with many other people, making things much simpler for you.

    These are definitely real, physical properties in desirable locations. Your digital token represents a legitimate legal right to a fraction of that property's usage. Once you become a "property (token) owner", you will have access to all the legal documents associated with the property connected with your token.

Our platform will provide an easy way to reserve your desired dates. To give you maximum flexibility and ensure the property is always well-utilized, we sometimes rent out the property to other tenants. However, if your chosen date is booked, we will always offer you a substitute property of similar quality and grade, just like a car rental service might offer you a similar car if your booked model isn't available. If you're not satisfied with the substitute unit we offer, we will provide a refund equal to the market value of a day's usage of the property. This ensures you always have options and value.
  • How can I earn money from my Acrevests token?
    We understand you might not always want to use your token to stay at the property. When you're not using it, you can "stake" your token with our trusted local property experts directly through your Acrevests portal.
  • What do the property experts do once I stake my token?
    Our property experts will gather available tokens (representing usage days) from various owners. They actively work to find suitable tenants to rent out the property for those specific days. They handle all the marketing, tenant screening, and booking management for you.

    Once a tenant rents the property through our experts, the income generated from that rental will be provided directly to you, the token holder, proportionate to the number of days you've staked.     Yes, absolutely! Acrevests provides a convenient peer-to-peer (P2P) marketplace specifically designed for token holders to easily sell their tokens to other interested buyers.
